Mesmo que a reivindicação por Equiparação entre salários seja

houve uma “quebra” na data base, que levou a Usp a realizar
alteração nos pisos<span style="letter-spacing:0.1pt"> </span>salariais
de forma individual, momento em que os servidores
técnico-administrativos da<span style="letter-spacing:0.1pt"> </span>Unesp

O que se viu nos anos seguintes foi um período de mais de uma década

servidores técnico-administrativos (T.A.) tiveram seus salários
extremamente<span style="letter-spacing:0.1pt"> </span>defasados com
relação aos salários praticados pela mesma categoria nas outras
duas<span style="letter-spacing:0.1pt"> </span>Universidades. Essa
diferença cresceu como uma “bola-de-neve” e hoje chega a até
47%<span style="letter-spacing:0.1pt"> </span>para<span style="letter-spacing:-0.2pt">
</span>cargos<span style="letter-spacing:-0.2pt"> </span>cujo<span style="letter-spacing:-0.2pt">
</span>concurso<span style="letter-spacing:-0.1pt"> </span>para<span style="letter-spacing:-0.2pt">
</span>contratação<span style="letter-spacing:-0.2pt"> </span>exige<span style="letter-spacing:-0.2pt">
</span>nível<span style="letter-spacing:-0.1pt"> </span>médio<span style="letter-spacing:-0.2pt">
</span>de<span style="letter-spacing:-0.2pt"> </span>escolaridade.</p>

Essa defasagem salarial se dá por diversos motivos, mas o principal

a data base é realizada de forma isonômica entre as três
universidades<span style="letter-spacing:0.1pt"> </span>estaduais
paulistas, e a “quebra” que houve no passado faz com que essa
diferença cresça<span style="letter-spacing:0.1pt">
</span>exponencialmente quando o mesmo percentual é aplicado sobre
salários desiguais por<span style="letter-spacing:0.1pt"> </span>vários<span style="letter-spacing:-0.1pt">
</span>anos<span style="letter-spacing:-0.1pt"> </span>sucessivos.</p>
